New around here? No problem!

Here is a quick guide to what happens during our Sunday service.

Gathering

First, come in through our Crossroads Café and pick up a cup of coffee or tea. We often offer Panera Bread pastries, be sure to help yourself! We start our meetings with the whole family present. Children are very important to us and are welcome to stay in the sanctuary during our time of worship; however, a nursery and cry room are also available for your convenience.

Worship

We begin our service with about 30 minutes of singing. Feel free to listen or participate. Don’t worry if you don’t know the songs. We usually sing each song a few times (and we didn’t know them at first either). We believe in outward expressions during our worship. You may see clapping, lifting hands, bowing, or even dance. We also believe that the gifts of the Holy Spirit should be at work among us. We will try to provide some insight as things occur that may help provide understanding, but as always, please feel free to ask questions. We will receive an offering. This time is provided especially for our regular attendees to support God’s work in our church. You will never be pressured to give.

Prayer

We then have a time of prayer where we join together as a group, calling on the Lord to receive our gratitude, and to request His direction and healing.

Announcements

After our time of worship and prayer, we often have a few announcements and highlight our schedule or a ministry project. (This is a good time to refresh your drink.)

Teaching

At this time, all the children through grade 6 are welcome to go to the Krossroads Kidz - a special session just for them. This time may include games, crafts, music and a lesson geared to their level. Teens and adults will gather for a relevant, Bible-based message.

Closing

At the conclusion of each service, you will be invited to respond to the message or share a need. Someone on our Prayer/Ministry team will be available to listen and pray for you.
